Accounts Payable Representative - Fully Remote in the US

Job Details Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.67 - $21.63 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Accounting & Finance Description Job Summary Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it reputed company for tax & audit purposes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable, including:
• AP invoice data entry

• Scanning and tagging of matched checks
• Mailing checks
• Handle high-volume emails and calls.
• Respond to vendors and internal teams regarding the status of payment.
• Maintain W-9s.
• Be a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Knowledge of accrual accounting.
• Be organized and reliable with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-3 years’ experience in the field or reputed company area.
