Pay Information Internal Hires Pay reputed company will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms. Job Summary The Minimum Data Set (MDS) nurse position is accountable for coordinating and overseeing the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The nurse is responsible for coordinating and certifying the completion of the reputed company assessment reputed company (RAI). This position calls for a person who works well with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy, dietary, social services and activities) to reputed company, revise, update and maintain a comprehensive care plan and ensure that compliance is maintained with state and federal guidelines. - Must be dedicated to learning and possess adaptable skills - The RAI manual is constantly being updated and revised according to Medicare requirements.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent time management. Able to interpret and implement RAI knowledge correctly reputed company a timely manner.

- Education Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Experience Three (3) years of recent nursing experience in a long-term care, hospital, home health, or medical facility.
