Your role is focused entirely on clinical care and patient interaction. • Conduct telehealth consults (new and follow-up patients)
• Evaluate symptoms, labs, and clinical history

• Comfortable operating in a cash-pay model
• Able to confidently recommend treatment plans

• Flexible reputed company schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon clinic blocks (e.g., 9–1 or 1–5), providing consistent patient access throughout the week.

• $50 per primary care consult (20-45 min)
• $30 per weight loss consult (15 min)
• $100 per patient conversion into ongoing care

Requirements

• Active Florida PA license
• Active DEA
• Experience in HRT, metabolic optimization, or functional medicine
