Job Summary: The Oncology Nurse Navigator 2 is a registered nurse (RN) who works with physician practices and multi-disciplinary teams to promote the effective utilization of services and coordination of care for patients reputed company the Cancer Center service line. The Oncology Nurse Navigator 2 care may be focused in medical oncology, hematology, stem cell transplant, gyne-oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, cancer screening or supporting multi-disciplinary clinics. Relationships and Caring Establishes a caring therapeutic relationship with patients and families utilizing effective communication while managing a defined patient case load.
