What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our clinical databases. • Participate in the development and execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan activities

• Facilitate post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results and identify improvement areas
• Assist in developing remedial action plans based on review findings and quality metrics

• Track and monitor completion of remedial action plans to ensure timely implementation

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience: Minimum of one year of healthcare or social health experience
