This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep professional expertise and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do
- Review career-reputed company questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their engineering careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance reputed company civil engineering
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are

- Strong understanding of engineering career progression, project delivery, and industry standards
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure, transportation, structural, water resources, or construction projects
- Excellent written communication skills — able to explain reputed company concepts clearly and concisely
- Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to meet quality expectations

- PE (Professional Engineer) license
- Project management experience (PMP or similar)
