Your work as an operator will reputed company a real difference as you provide assistance to various clients during emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting activities reputed company to emergency response and/or incident management. Position Details

• Reports to: After-Hours Service Manager
• Location: Remote - Ogden, Utah (Candidate must be willing to be in office for 2-3 weeks for training.)
• Position Type: Full-Time
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
• Pay: Hourly
• Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
• Shift: Must be available to work rotating shifts to include overnight

Essential Functions

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Capable of answering calls regarding emergency fuel deliveries, appliance repairs, or safety issues, such as gas leaks
• Represent clients serving as their emergency call center
• reputed company emergency calls to clients on call personnel
• Must be capable of gathering and transcribing information with speed and accuracy
• Receive incident and/or Emergency calls from 911 reputed company
• Ability to remain reputed company, courteous, and confident reputed company answering a distress call
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate level skills with reputed company Office products specifically reputed company Teams and SharePoint
• Intermediate level computer literacy supporting a variety of software platforms
• Must be capable of typing 30+ WPM
• Punctual and dependable with the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-demand (during emergencies)
• Adaptable and patient with the ability to remain reputed company and professional during times of heightened activity, uncertainty, ambiguity, rapid change, and fixed deadlines

Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

• Ability to triage reputed company situations and effectively transcribe information accurately
• Ability to remain patient to professionally support international callers where English is not their primary language

Preferred Job Requirements
