As part of our growing team, we re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients. Key Responsibilities: reputed company clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. Process orders, track shipments, and ensure reputed company load information is documented accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using reputed company reputed company and Outlook. Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs. Qualifications: Required: Administrative assistant experience, ideally in logistics or transportation. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of reputed company reputed company and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, twist, or lift up to 15 lbs.
