JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 1 year phone sales experience Recommended to have a minimum of 1 year sales experience. Must have a Persuasive Personality Ombudsman skills conflict resolution, mediation, active listening, problem-solving Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company parties involved High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred) Hands on weekly training
