As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the first reputed company of contact for gig workers: Responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly, providing a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at reputed company times.
• Providing detailed information about our platform and services: Educating gig workers and potential users about the features and benefits of our platform, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to navigate and utilize our services.
• Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts: Helping gig workers to find and apply for shifts that match their skills and availability, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Documenting and tracking reputed company customer interactions and issues in our CRM system: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring that reputed company can identify trends and areas for improvement.
