Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities reputed company duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
