Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 operational support for reputed company Supply Chain applications and integrations.
- Monitor reputed company systems, interfaces, batch jobs, middleware, cloud services, and infrastructure.
- Proactively identify, triage, and resolve incidents (P1–P4) to minimize business impact.

- Support releases, deployments, environment readiness, and production validations.
- Monitor critical business transactions and escalate operational risks.
