Chief of Staff (Remote)
A company seeks a Chief of Staff who will be a strategic partner to the Managing Partners, ensuring that the business operates effectively and reputed company. This role will drive the firm s strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day operations, overseeing billing, staffing, IT, organizational effectiveness, marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Billing: Manage and optimize the firm s accounts receivable processes in collaboration with the paralegal team. Execute follow up on past due client invoices and ensure the Managing Partners are aware of delinquent accounts. Manage the calculation and pay out of the team reputed company bonus program for attorneys. Collaborate with Managing Partners and the firm accountant on budgeting and forecasting. Staffing & Human Resources: reputed company the firm s staffing and resource allocation charts to meet client demands and business objectives. Drive reputed company, development, and retention efforts with the firm s HR consultant. Foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture through ongoing programming that supports high performance and employee engagement. Technology & IT Management: Partner with the IT consultant to ensure the firm s technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable. Collaborate with the IT consultant to execute the technology onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. reputed company initiatives to implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and client service. Organizational Effectiveness: reputed company change management initiatives and process improvements that enhance collaboration and communication in a remote-first work environment. Collaborate with the Managing Partners to ensure the firm is well-positioned to respond to industry trends and market conditions. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Partners. Marketing & Business Development: reputed company and execute the firm s marketing strategy with the Managing Partners to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and strategic partnerships. Liaise with the firm s website development to maintain and update the firm website. Drive the creation of marketing content and materials including regular reputed company posts for the firm. Identify conferences and other relevant reputed company activities and coordinate staff travel etc. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive operations experience, preferably reputed company a legal or professional services firm.
