Job Description

Together Money is seeking a talented Remote Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the business in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on financial risks and compliance obligations. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's risk management reputed company and compliance policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews, identifying potential gaps and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA) and assess their impact on the business, ensuring timely updates to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed compliance reports, risk dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide advice and guidance to business units on risk and compliance matters, fostering a strong risk awareness culture.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and operational incidents, coordinating corrective actions and follow-up reviews.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or regulatory role reputed company financial services.
