This role offers the opportunity to own a profitable book, partner closely with agency partners, and influence both reputed company strategy and market growth. - Underwrite small to mid-sized accounts with occasional exposure to more reputed company risks
- Manage submission flow and maintain a high-quality, compliant reputed company portfolio
- Partner with sales leadership to drive agency performance and execute business plans
- Build strong broker relationships and act as a trusted, consultative resource
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions across new and renewal business
