Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Investment Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, Private Investment Analysts:

• Rating Score: 90–100
• Pay: $150–200/hour
• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of investment and transaction experience reputed company Private Investment Analyst
• Rating Score: 80–89
• Pay: $100–150/hour
• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in deal execution, reputed company, or financial modeling Private Investment Analyst / Associate

• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical, analytical, and financial performance What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Private Investment Analysts may be engaged for: Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling
• 3-statement financial models
• Private company and asset-level reputed company
• Commercial real estate reputed company
• DCF, LBO, and returns-based modeling
• Sensitivity, scenario, and downside analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Football field valuation summaries Due Diligence & Transaction Support
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis support
• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
• Risk identification and investment downside analysis

Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:
• Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each Private Investment Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
• Visibility on the platform
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms
• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
