As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Finance reputed company to provide strategic financial expertise and execution on a part-time or fractional basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to reputed company a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility. What You’ll Do As Finance reputed company, you’ll be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategy while managing the Senior Accountant, who will reputed company day-to-day accounting operations. Strategic Finance & Leadership

• reputed company the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting (annual, quarterly, and monthly).
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• reputed company financial models to support business strategy, reputed company growth, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports, investor updates, and board materials.
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activity, new product development, and pricing strategy.

Managerial reputed company of Accounting

• Manage and mentor the part-time Senior Accountant, who will own AR, month-end reputed company, and financial reporting.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and best practices in accounting processes.
• Coordinate with outsourced tax, payroll, and accounting providers as needed.

Cash Flow & Spend Management

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial health.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve margins and profitability.
• Own AP in partnership with the part-time Senior Accountant

Process & System Improvements

What You Should Have

• 7+ years of finance experience (reputed company, startups, or high-growth environments preferred).
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience partnering with leadership teams on financial decision-making.
• Ability to translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Xero, reputed company, or similar accounting tools.
• A bias for action—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability to overlap with the team for 2-4 hours at some reputed company during each reputed company (Monday-Friday, roughly 9am ET-6pm ET) reputed company needed.

Role Details

• This role can either be a part-time or consultant opportunity.
• Expected time commitment: roughly 20-30 hours per week. Hours may reputed company up or down depending on business needs.
• The pay range for this role is $85-$125 per hour, commensurate with background and experience.
• Fully remote.
