Contingent, Temporary Role The need for the role will be re-evaluated at 6-month increments with the possibility of direct hire for a permanent full-time position. Direct hire and additional assignment extension are not guaranteed. Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours for a period of 6 months. Hybrid Working: The position is located in Metro Detroit and will primarily work remotely. The Junior Recruiter will be required to attend quarterly on-site team meetings, and regularly attend on-site recruitment events, job fairs, facility visits, etc. as needed. What You'll Do: This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to reputed company System (HFHS) hiring leaders for positions by delivering top talent. The position will advance HFHS as an employer of choice across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. This individual will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two (2) years of experience in a customer service role dealing with high volume, high demand requirements from customers. B.S. in Human Resources or reputed company discipline preferred. Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources preferred. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite of applications. Must be Internet savvy and reputed company in mining online databases.
