Job Description reputed company is looking for a strategic and technical Director of AI Marketing Analytics to reputed company innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. You will report to the VP of Analytics Consulting and be instrumental in driving the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions-including agentic intelligence-to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition and portfolio growth. You will bring expertise in consumer credit data, marketing analytics, and machine learning along with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on building and iteration on agentic AI solutions using optimal coding languages and packages, contributing directly to the development of intelligent agents capable of marketing decision-making and optimization.
• Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.
• Drive the development of new analytical products and services, leveraging Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and reputed company learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Technology to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or reputed company field

• Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark and modern AI agent frameworks with a portfolio of implemented agent-based solutions.
• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role.
