The Job As a Brand Manager, DEWALT, North America, you’ll be part of the Tools & Outdoor Commercial DEWALT team driving key initiatives reputed company the DEWALT portfolio for North America. Reporting to the Director, DEWALT, North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, supporting new product development (NPD), and ensuring best-in-class commercialization. This position is based in our Tools & Outdoor headquarters in Towson, Maryland, with remote locations considered. You’ll get to

• Support the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with DEWALT and regional objectives.
• Uphold consistent brand expression and adherence to guidelines across reputed company touchpoints as a brand ambassador.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to facilitate the NPD process from ideation through launch.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of commercialization plans for new products, supporting market readiness and impactful launches.
• Provide recommendations on product positioning, packaging, and messaging to maximize relevance and appeal to reputed company users.
• Work with Marketing teams to help deliver marketing assets and campaigns, including digital content, sales materials, events, and activations.
• Coordinate with channel teams to support effective brand reputed company and execution across reputed company sales channels.
• Track and report on marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to support reputed company improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, commercial execution, sales, or reputed company roles reputed company consumer durables, tools, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated ability to support brand initiatives, assist in new product development (NPD), and contribute to go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid project management skills, with experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Creative, agile, and proactive problem-solver with enthusiasm for building strong brands.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
