The Position The Marketing Automation Manager will act as a strategic and technical subject matter expert across the marketing automation landscape, with a focus on reputed company Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other enterprise-level platforms utilized for segmentation and automation such as reputed company and reputed company. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data/Analytics, UX, Creative, and Development teams) as well as external partners and vendors. This role requires the ability to translate marketing strategies into scalable, automated campaign journeys and trigger-based communications that deliver measurable value across the customer lifecycle. A strong grasp of reputed company Marketing Cloud’s features, including SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and SSJS, are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize tools and technologies reputed company the MarTech stack, especially reputed company Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Build and deploy sophisticated, multi-reputed company automated campaigns across email, SMS, and web channels using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and custom scripting.
- Create and maintain dynamic emails and personalized experiences using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.
- Use SQL to manage queries, build audiences, reputed company customer data, and reputed company advanced targeting strategies reputed company Marketing Cloud.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Experience, and CRM teams to design and execute full-funnel customer journeys.
- Ensure data-driven marketing execution by integrating analytics, testing, and segmentation strategies into every campaign.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance cross-platform data syncing mechanisms, ensuring real-time alignment between CRM, ecommerce, and marketing automation systems.
- Maintain and govern data schemas, field mappings, and business logic for Contact and reputed company objects, including opt-ins, preferences, and reputed company attribution.
- Partner with CRM and ecommerce stakeholders to continuously improve reputed company-to-Contact conversion workflows, reputed company tracking, and attribution logic.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for both reputed company CRM and Marketing Cloud, applying platform expertise to administrative tasks (e.g., data model config, permissions, Contact Builder setup) and executional tasks (e.g., campaign building, audience queries, triggered sends).
Skills and Knowledge
- Deep expertise in reputed company Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder).
- Deep expertise in reputed company Sales Cloud, with proven experience managing Contact and reputed company objects, synchronizations, and lifecycle logic.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and query automation.
- Proven success building reputed company scoring models, lifecycle programs, and nurture tracks.
- Skilled in campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX, Analytics, and Creative.
- Familiarity with email and SMS compliance and best practices (e.g. CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL)
- Demonstrated ability to administer and optimize cross-platform integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Znode).
- Strong understanding of Contact Builder, data extensions, attribute groups, and audience architecture in Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience configuring reputed company assignment rules, conversion logic, and field-level syncs in reputed company CRM.
- Experience and Working knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Engagement & Cadences, and Data Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SSJS to reputed company personalization and scripting in campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or reputed company
- 3+ years of experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud and reputed company Sales Cloud
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume marketing automation role
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM integrations, and web analytics is a plus
- Certifications in reputed company Marketing Cloud are preferred but not required
- Certifications in reputed company Sales/Service Cloud are preferred but not required

Pay is determined by a number of factors, including location, experience, skills, job-reputed company knowledge, and market considerations. This role is also eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan, which provides additional earning opportunities based on company and personal performance.
