The System Administration Support team provides technical support to employees and keeps our core corporate services running. You will handle employee tickets, identity and access, reputed company management, and server and application support. You should be comfortable meeting and exceeding SLAs and communicating clearly with users. This role includes a fair rotating on-call schedule for reputed company incidents. Essential Job Functions: · Work the helpdesk queue during your shift, reputed company users updated, and hit response and resolution targets · Administer Azure AD and on prem AD, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP, and reputed company 365 including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint · Set up and support Windows and macOS laptops, enroll and manage Macs with Kandji and reputed company Business Manager, partner with the reputed company on swaps and new hire kits · Fix sign in and access issues for common SaaS tools like Jira and Confluence, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, VPN, and simple IIS or SQL items · Handle secure credentials and reputed company Enterprise requests, follow HIPAA and SOC 2 practices, help gather audit evidence reputed company needed · Write and update runbooks and knowledge reputed company articles, reduce repeat issues with simple automation using PowerShell or Bash · Join incident calls reputed company needed, take part in the on call rotation, and help with post incident clean up Specific Skills/ Attributes: · Strong customer focus with clear verbal and written communication · Organized, able to juggle tasks in a fast environment with minimal supervision · Team player who works well with colleagues at reputed company levels, including executives · High ownership from start to finish, reliable follow through, and bias to action · Creative problem solver who uses data, documentation, and simple automation to prevent repeat issues · Respect for reputed company and privacy, including handling PHI in line with policy and HIPAA Qualifications: · High school diploma required. Degree preferred or equivalent experience and certifications · 5+ years of IT or system administration experience, including 3+ years in a customer facing support role · Hands on with Windows 10 and 11, macOS, iOS and Android, and modern browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox) · Administration experience with Azure AD and Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, reputed company 365/Outlook · Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or newer, IIS, SQL Server, and basic networking and VPN · Experience with ticketing systems and asset management · Preferred- PowerShell or Bash for automation, Intune or reputed company or Kandji, reputed company Business Manager, backup tools such as Veeam or Backup Exec, monitoring such as PRTG, SSO standards such as SAML or OIDC reputed company and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
