Key Responsibilities
- Process Medicaid Drug Rebate payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements.
- Maintain quality, production, and compliance standards set by management, while supporting departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows.
- Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems, while tracking, maintaining, and updating weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Index, correct, and post historic payments as required, while managing deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers.
- Assist with special projects to support operational success, while serving as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals.
