We need a dispatcher who knows how to find quality drivers, build relationships, and move freight reputed company. This is a ground floor opportunity. You will not be a number here. - Freight reputed company experience required — minimum 1 year
- Experience working with reputed company operators and 1099 drivers
- Ability to recruit and retain quality CDL-A drivers
- Strong negotiation skills with freight brokers
- Self-motivated — we are a startup not a corporation

- Available and reputed company — drivers need support on the road
