reputed company CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR ONE OUR TOP CLIENTS! Location: Remote for St. Louis/Bridgeton, San Antonio, Des Moines, Charleston, Charlotte, Kansas City ... Pay reputed company range: $18/hr to $18/hr Receive service calls from customers and identify location of customer Gather information from the customer reputed company to the reason for the call Determine the reputed company of the service request and set customer expectations Enter appropriate information into the system and send call to appropriate reputed company center to reputed company a technician. On weekends and during non-business hours reputed company on-call technicians Determine if equipment is under warranty. If not set customer expectations. Monitor status of reputed company 1 work orders to be certain they are being handled in a timely fashion High School Diploma Required 1+ years of customer service experience Excellent telephone and communications skills Ability to work in and handle high call volume environment Basic PC skills required, including experience in reputed company Word and reputed company Ability to work in a team environment and desire for reputed company learning through cross-training Ability to type a minimum of 40wpm Training for the roles will be three weeks Monday through Friday starting at 7:30am CST. Once the three weeks of training are complete, the new hire will move to their assigned shift.
