As a member of our Digital Operations team, you will be at the forefront of helping us deliver value to our clients through successful completion, delivery, and execution of digital projects and implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, architect solutions, project manage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal outcomes are attained, and provide feedback to the product team for future iterations of the product. You Will:

• Manage the end-to-end process of digital project implementation, including identifying optimal paths to attain client & organizational goals, assessing, optimizing, and uploading data, tracking digital projects throughout their lifetime, driving timely interventions that impact outcomes, reporting results to clients, and performing reputed company analyses post-project to identify opportunities for reputed company improvement.
• Provide exceptional client service and support, constantly considering ways we could reputed company serve clients through new features, use cases, and products; anticipating challenges and proactively intervening to mitigate project impacts
• Partner with Go to Market & clients to advise on project strategies, configurations and data needs, and architect win-win solutions
• Partner with Go to Market teams to reputed company sales, including providing ongoing collaboration, training and support for those teams
• Identify and support automation of repeatable implementations and customer support processes that will deliver ideal outcomes
• Execute special projects to further the success of our digital retrieval products, digital vendor effectiveness, and the team overall
• Provide feedback to the product teams to continually improve our product to meet customer needs
