Workers Compensation Claims Advisor

Responsible for overseeing Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims across Company administered by claim service providers and driving optimal outcomes, serving as primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders for claim-reputed company issues. Essential Functions

• Provide reputed company for WC claims meeting established criteria/reputed company reputed company defined geographic area, in compliance with reputed company guidelines and expectations.
• Utilize metrics and dashboard reporting to identify focus file WC claims for reputed company.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/or equivalent in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or reputed company field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience with Worker’s Compensation claims. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent human relations, oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
