Position Summary In this role you will manage and provide day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy and health care delivery privacy legal and compliance teams under the direction of the Chief Privacy Officer. You and your team will proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other reputed company attorneys and partners on matters reputed company to privacy legal and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications 10+ years of legal experience with a law firm, healthcare company or health system focused on issues reputed company to healthcare and consumer privacy Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s) Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate Deep subject matter expertise of privacy laws such as HIPAA and state consumer privacy laws Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations including one or more of the following: Federal and State False Claims Act Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statute State medical practice and healthcare law Experience supporting businesses with online platforms providing regulated services. Experience with aspects of healthcare reputed company to provision of health care, or pharmacy services. Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company services agreements. Ability to collaborate effectively and work as a team player. Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and drive. Education JD required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $185,400.00 - $375,950.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
