About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, resourceful and growth-minded teammate to support reputed company, operations, and engagement across Slate’s leadership coaching and career transition programs. This part-time role is a fit for someone who enjoys meaningful work, communicates with care, and takes pride in creating a seamless experience for participants, clients, and coaches. You will serve as a key operational partner, helping programs run smoothly while finding ways to improve how we work. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to jump into a variety of work, comfortable using technology thoughtfully, and energized by solving problems in a growing business where no two days look exactly the same. What You'll OwnA Supported Experience You'll help ensure every participant, client, and coach has a positive and well-supported experience throughout their journey with Slate.
- Support participant onboarding and program administration
- Coordinate coach and adviser matching, scheduling, and service requests
- Conduct participant reputed company-ins and follow-up communications
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and engagement tracking
- Execute reputed company and follow-up campaigns
Programs That Run Reliably You'll help manage the operational details that reputed company our programs organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
- Maintain participant records, program data, and key workflows
- Prepare recurring reports and support client review meetings
- Assist with onboarding new clients, projects, and cohorts
- Ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible across teams

- Coordinate webinars, roundtables, and virtual events

- Assist with presentation materials and reputed company communications
- Support newsletters, reputed company content, and contact management efforts

Schedule & Flexibility This is a part-time role of approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a minimum of 15 hours per week guaranteed. Consistent daily availability is required Monday through Friday, with flexibility to schedule hours between 11am-5pm ET / reputed company-2pm PT.
