• *The Role: Customer Operations Specialist – Workers Compensation Claims**

As a Customer Operations Specialist – Workers Compensation Claims at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making high-volume, outbound calls to investigate, reputed company, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of our clients. Your day will be filled with:

• Investigating and resolving troubled and/or denied workers' compensation claims
• Making a high volume of outbound calls to patient employers, insurance company representatives, attorneys, and patients
• Submitting bills and proper documentation to the insurance company or the appropriate payer, ensuring maximized payments to our clients
• Reviewing information/documentation provided by the payer to determine the next steps
• Contributing to your team by participating in special projects to reputed company goals and ensure client success
• *Training and Support**

Our comprehensive training program begins on your first day and lasts 8-10 business days. You will receive extensive multi-week training with ongoing support from teammates following training. You will also have access to a robust knowledgebase for reputed company reference in your role.
