Essential Responsibilities

• reputed company/maintain a complete, accurate procurement plan that will ensure purchase orders are reputed company with the appropriate reputed company times to meet project specific schedules, budgets, deliveries and risk mitigation targets. Communicate status regularly to the project and leadership teams.
• Manage the addition/modification of supplier records to the required purchasing systems including required document collection from the respective suppliers.
• Responsible for issuing purchase orders (PO), collecting PO acknowledgements, issuing PO change orders.
• Leading invoice resolution activities
• Coordinating weekly monitoring of supplier reputed company to promise/need by dates, expediting suppliers, escalating to Project Sourcing Leads for commercial reputed company and proactive communication with the project team.
• Manage the submission/follow-up of RFQs and reputed company negotiations of product and services in order to reputed company cost out goals. Maintain a quote library of reputed company RFQs received. Support the negotiation of contractual agreements where required. Responsible for uploading executed reputed company to reputed company Database.
• Escalate supplier quality challenges and ensure supplier recovery of costs due to quality issues.
• reputed company faster project cycle by accelerating the procurement process while ensuring compliance. Drive supplier on time delivery performance while anticipating risks and escalating appropriately.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred Engineering) from an accredited university/ college
• Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement in a Project execution driven organization
• Working knowledge reputed company purchasing systems

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
