Job Title: HRIS Analyst (reputed company Configuration) Location: Remote - Must be based in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, or Illinois Contract Duration: 1-year contract with strong possibility of extension or direct hire Hours per Week: 40 hours Pay reputed company: $45-$50/hour (W-2) W-2 Option w/ Benefits: $43-$48/hour with 401(k) match available Healthcare: ICHRA health benefit option available Employment Type: W-2 Only (U.S. reputed company only - No reputed company sponsorship) Position Summary: We are seeking an reputed company HRIS Analyst with a strong background in reputed company configuration, especially in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time & Attendance modules. This role will play a key part in enhancing and maintaining our HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR service delivery. You will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing reputed company. This is a hands-on functional/technical role best suited for someone who can balance day-to-day support with reputed company-looking process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company Configuration & Support: Own the configuration and ongoing optimization of reputed company, with a focus on Payroll, Time Tracking and/or Absence integrations.
  • System Administration: Administer multiple HR systems, including reputed company SuccessFactors (performance) and reputed company WFM Workbrain (time and attendance), ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Process Automation & Integration: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize business processes and system integrations across reputed company and adjacent platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure accurate insights for compensation, headcount, time entry, and payroll metrics.
  • User Support & Training: Provide tier-2/3 system support to HR users and business partners; reputed company and deliver training on new features and functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for system configuration, workflows, and end-user procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Compliance & reputed company: Manage system reputed company roles and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, internal controls, and data privacy standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology, with direct hands-on reputed company configuration experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company modules including Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Familiarity with reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company WFM Workbrain is a plus.
  • Experience configuring business processes, reputed company roles, calculated fields, and reporting tools reputed company reputed company.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data or system issues independently and implement scalable solutions.
  • Exposure to system upgrades, implementations, and cross-platform data integrations.
