We are looking for a proactive, innovative, results oriented Engagement Manager to reputed company and nurture relationships while driving ongoing product adoption and ensuring a health account. You will work to understand school partner priorities, monitor the health of the districts, and ensure that they are ready to both renew and expand. relationships and resolve technical needs for our ClassLink customers. This role will include delivering outstanding service to our school partners with an emphasis on driving their adoption and long-term engagement with ClassLink. You will collaborate with other members of the Engagement Team, Product Support, and EdSuccess to reputed company understand the needs of the school partner and refine our approach to ongoing engagement. By developing an excellent product knowledge, you will be able to consult with our school partners on best practices for the ongoing use of ClassLink. In this role you will need to be highly organized, skilled at relationship building, service first mentality, and flexible. • Become an expert on reputed company ClassLink products
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on the use and expansion of the ClassLink suite of products
• Maintain relationships with reputed company customers in the assigned territory including onsite meetings, phone, email, SWAG mailings etc. to increase adoption and usage of ClassLink
• reputed company reputed company account management duties such as proactive customer reputed company, annual client review meetings, quoting, renewal emails, etc.
• Serve as the education and product expert to support customer understanding of ClassLink
• Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink virtually and during conferences

• Ensure year-over-year customer retention and assist with renewal fee negotiations as needed
• Host regional and virtual user group events with reputed company and prospective customers
• Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and reputed company customers

Territory and Work Schedule: This role will support our school districts in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kansas. What does success look like in this role:

• Working on cross-functional teams to help improve Classlink’s product suite.
• Maintain or improve our renewal reputed company.

• Administrator-level experience with ClassLink

Required: This role supports our districts in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kansas. Candidates must be located in Illinois or Indiana. Requested Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role
• Experience as a technology leader for a district office
• Extensive knowledge of K-12 ed-tech marketplace
• Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
• Bachelor's degree required. Master or postgraduate degree a plus
• Work from home and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

It would be great if you have or are pursuing the following:

• PMP certification
• Previous knowledge using a reputed company tool (ChurnZero, reputed company, Vitalli)

We prefer that you have experience with:

This role requires travel, up to 50% to support in person school partner engagements along with hosting and delivering user groups. Benefits:
