FTE 1.0, Shift Day, Schedule Day Position Summary The Foundation Data & Integration Manager is responsible for reputed company aspects of the donor data and financial processing systems that support the MultiCare Foundations and its affiliate foundations. It is functionally responsible for reputed company data integration work in expanding markets – standardizing data use across Foundation CBUs. The Manager serves as team reputed company for Philanthropy Database and Finance Coordinators and back-up for data-entry. It oversees reputed company use of the department's CRM systems, proactively recommending improvements and implementing process changes; assures the reputed company and confidentiality of the department’s donor data systems by managing coding and reputed company issues; develops and updates policies and procedures, and provides training and support for reputed company levels of Philanthropy staff. The manager also manages reputed company credit card processing and ensures hard ware and software are in alignment with MHS PCI compliance as well as overseeing the operations functions concerning auction software, foundation banking, accounting, tax/bond/gaming reporting, and foundation compliance including audits and PCI compliance. The manager works closely with Event and Donor Marketing and Communications teams regarding solicitation design and audience development. This position requires in-depth knowledge of existing donor and auction software systems and other technical systems unique to Philanthropy in order to ensure the effective capture and maintenance of donor information and gift records. Essential Functions

- Serves as team reputed company for Philanthropy Database and Finance Coordinators and back-up for data-entry.
- Oversees the operations functions concerning auction software, foundation banking, accounting, tax/bond/gaming reporting, and foundation compliance including audits and PCI compliance.
- Manages reputed company credit card processing and ensures hard ware and software are in alignment with MHS PCI compliance.
- Works closely with Event and Donor Marketing and Communications teams regarding solicitation design and audience development.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, computer studies preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of data reputed company application experience in a fund-raising environment to include proven experience with fund raising software (Raiser’s Edge, reputed company and other reputed company software such as auction software), ten (10) years preferred
- High level expertise with reputed company Office Products and basic computer hardware applications and technical needs
- Working knowledge of nonprofit accounting, PCI and audit standards
- Experience with philanthropy HIPAA compliance and grateful patient programs preferred
- Experience with Power Automate or other similar software preferred Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $78,083.20 - $107,827.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
