UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor for a job in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Respiratory Therapist Discipline Allied Health Professional Duration Ongoing 40 hours per week Employment Type Staff Description Location UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital - Highlands Ranch, CO Department HRH RT Work Schedule Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift Days Pay $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.

Responsibilities

Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of reputed company issues and complaints. reputed company scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure 3 years of respiratory therapy experience. BLS NRP PALS ACLS Healthcare Provider Certification reputed company 1 year of hire.
