Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote/Virtual/Telehealth NOW HIRING Licensed Therapist (Part-Time, Remote – Georgia, Utah, North Carolina) Serenity & Grace Therapeutic Services About the Practice Serenity & Grace Therapeutic Services, PC is a multi-state group private practice offering individual, couple, and family therapy. Established providers deliver services to clients across North Carolina, Georgia, and Utah. The practice specializes in Child, Couple, and Family Therapy and serves a wide range of clients, including individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizations in both the public and private sectors. Position Summary We are currently seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or LCMHC) with independent licensure to provide virtual therapy on a part-time basis. This role is designed to offer flexible scheduling and remote delivery of care through secure telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients on a weekly or biweekly basis
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards of practice
• Collaborate with the administrative team for scheduling and billing coordination
• Participate in occasional virtual team consultations

Qualifications

• Must hold independent licensure in Georgia, Utah, or North Carolina (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or LCMHC)

• Credentialed with major insurance panels or willing to become credentialed
• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries in a virtual environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and managing virtual sessions
• Completion of a background reputed company is required

Technical Requirements

• Secure, private workspace compliant with confidentiality laws
• Functional computer with reputed company software, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet
• Active cell phone for communication and coordination
• Completed CAQH profile and individual NPI number

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing teletherapy
• Experience working with adolescents, couples, and families
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally reputed company care

Compensation

Compensation is based on licensure level and weekly completed client session hours. Fully Licensed Providers (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC):

• Tier 1: 1–12 client hours/week — $60 per clinical hour
• Tier 2: 13–20 client hours/week — $65 per clinical hour
• Tier 3: 21+ client hours/week — $70 per clinical hour

Doctoral Licensed Providers:

• Tier 1: 1–12 client hours/week — $65 per clinical hour
• Tier 2: 13–20 client hours/week — $70 per clinical hour
• Tier 3: 21+ client hours/week — $75 per clinical hour
