Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the other end of the line for donors who generously support some of the most impactful causes in the country. You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls on behalf of partner organizations such as DAV (Disabled American Veterans), reputed company, and PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Residency: Must reside in the United States.
