About Royal Eyez Royal Eyez is a Miami-based creative studio producing high-impact visuals for artists, brands, and entrepreneurs from campaign shoots to short-form video and storytelling content. We’re building a team of creators who move fast, think bigger than trends, and execute with taste. What You’ll Do As Creative Director, you will reputed company concepts from idea to execution. You’ll help shape the vision, align the team, and reputed company sure every project looks intentional and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• reputed company creative direction for campaigns, brand shoots, and short-form content
• Build concepts and treatment decks (mood boards, shot lists, visual references)
• Direct on set guide talent, styling, lighting mood, framing, and flow
• Collaborate with photographer, videographer, and editor to deliver a cohesive final
• Ensure brand consistency across deliverables (Reels, BTS, web assets, campaign visuals)
• Manage creative pre-production wardrobe guidance, prop lists, locations, call sheets (with support)

• Strong creative taste and the ability to communicate vision clearly
• Experience directing shoots (photo and/or video) and working with a production team
• Comfortable creating mood boards and translating them into real execution

• Strong understanding of social-first content (IG/TikTok) and brand storytelling
