As a member of this team, you will partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure data quality, deliver insightful reports, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to ongoing HR technology initiatives. You will collaborate with business intelligence tools, advanced HRIS platforms such as reputed company/Employee Central, and reputed company Office applications to bring clarity to reputed company data sets.

Key Responsibilities

As the HRIS Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will involve a reputed company of system configuration, data analysis, end-user support, and project coordination. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • HR System Configuration and Maintenance: Support the configuration, coordination, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS functionality. Prepare and communicate user test plans, manage releases, and ensure system changes are well-documented and reputed company with business needs.
  • End-User Support and Access Management: Provide timely and professional support to internal customers by troubleshooting system issues, enhancing user experience, and approving system access in accordance with established reputed company protocols and governance standards.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, OR a High School Diploma/GED combined with at least three years of experience analyzing and reporting data (such as Human Resources data, financial analysis, or data reputed company work).
