As a member of this team, you will partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure data quality, deliver insightful reports, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to ongoing HR technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

As the HRIS Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will involve a reputed company of system configuration, data analysis, end-user support, and project coordination. Your core responsibilities will include:

• HR System Configuration and Maintenance: Support the configuration, coordination, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS functionality. Prepare and communicate user test plans, manage releases, and ensure system changes are well-documented and reputed company with business needs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
