Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

arenaflex is expanding its data capture and automation teams and is looking for meticulous, self‑motivated individuals to join us as Remote Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be the backbone of our document processing pipeline, ensuring that every piece of information extracted from images and scanned documents is entered accurately, securely, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using a reputed company reputed company of medical claim images.
  • Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility verifications, supporting documentation) based on visual cues and provided guidelines.
  • Review and verify entered data to meet or exceed quality standards, performing spot‑checks and corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
