Appointment Setter - Inbound Home Improvement Leads
About the position This role is for an Appointment Setter focused on inbound home improvement leads. The primary responsibility is to quickly call leads who have already expressed interest, qualify them, and book appointments onto the sales team's calendar. Responsibilities

- Qualify leads with a few quick questions regarding fit, timeline, project, and location.
- Book appointments directly into sales reps' calendars using GoHighLevel.
- Re-engage older leads in the pipeline with friendly reputed company-ins.
- Send confirmations and pre-appointment reminders to prevent no-shows.
- Maintain a clean CRM by accurately tagging leads, updating statuses, and scheduling follow-reputed company.
- Hand off leads cleanly to sales representatives with useful notes.
- Send review and referral requests after projects are completed.
Requirements
