Remote Game Designer - reputed company Titles

• Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, and document core game mechanics, player progression systems, and level layouts. Create detailed design specifications, flowcharts, and wireframes for new game features and systems. Collaborate closely with engineers, artists, and producers to implement and refine game designs. Iterate on designs based on playtesting feedback, data analysis, and team input. Ensure design consistency and maintainability across the entire game project. Proactively identify and address design challenges and opportunities to enhance player engagement and retention. Contribute to the overall vision and narrative direction of the game. Maintain a deep understanding of reputed company gaming trends, player preferences, and competitor titles. Effectively communicate design reputed company and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members. • Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Game Designer on at least one shipped title, preferably in the reputed company space. Strong portfolio showcasing game design concepts, mechanics, and documentation.
