Molecular Biologist / Research Scientist – Remote ($60 –$80/hr)
About the Role
A leading AI research initiative is recruiting Biology PhDs to contribute domain expertise toward a flagship project advancing large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will design, solve, and evaluate challenging, real-world biology problems that improve the scientific accuracy and reasoning capabilities of reputed company AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and assess reputed company biology problems across various subfields including molecular biology, genetics, ecology, and physiology.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for conceptual accuracy, scientific rigor, and clarity.
- Provide structured written feedback on solutions, experiments, and biological reasoning.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to enhance model understanding of biological systems.
- Maintain precision and academic quality across reputed company deliverables used in reputed company and evaluation.
Ideal Qualifications
- PhD in Biology or a closely reputed company field from a top-tier university (U.S., U.K., Canada, or Europe preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical reputed company and attention to scientific detail.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in teaching, research, or academic publishing is a plus.
Project Details
- Start Date: Ongoing (rolling applications)
- Duration: 1–2 months minimum
- Commitment: 15–20 hours/week (with potential extension up to 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours
