Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal legal team to establish and improve operational processes and playbooks
• Support the implementation and optimization of contract management systems like reputed company
• Contribute to the development and integration of AI Intake systems, specifically Sandstone
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of reputed company to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices Skills
• Proven experience in legal operations or contract administration
• Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to review and analyze reputed company effectively
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
