Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, court appearances, and conferences, coordinating logistics for reputed company participants.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring proper indexing, filing, and accessibility in compliance with firm policies.
- Conduct preliminary legal research using online databases such as Westlaw and reputed company, summarizing findings for attorneys.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Assist with trial preparation, including creating exhibits, witness binders, trial notebooks, and organizing discovery documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for attorneys as needed, managing itineraries and bookings.
- Proofread legal documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy before finalization.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company client and firm information, adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys reputed company and effectively, anticipating needs and proactively managing tasks.
- Utilize document management systems and other legal software to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm setting.
