Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding qualified finance professionals to serve as Certified Private Investment Analysts supporting live private market transactions. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured certification, verification, and approval process. Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Investment Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100
• Compensation: $150–$200/hour
• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, real estate development, or corporate finance professionals with 5+ years of transaction experience

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Based on certification level and category approvals, Private Investment Analysts may be engaged for: Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Three-statement operating models
• Commercial real estate reputed company
• DCF and LBO modeling
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Football-field valuation summaries

Due Diligence & Investment Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
• Risk assessment and downside analysis
• Investment memo and IC materials support

Analysts may only reputed company work in approved categories. Approvals are earned through assessment results and demonstrated performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training
• Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
• Become verified and activated on the platform

There is no cold applying and no unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to reputed company investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify as a Private Investment Analyst, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score Each analyst is assigned a proprietary 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility and promotion reputed company
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly compensation range

Scores are dynamically adjusted based on performance, accuracy, and reliability. Compensation & Deal Economics

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates vary by Rating Score and approval tier
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based participation: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal reputed company and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
