Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Support senior accountants and managers with tax planning and compliance projects
- Conduct tax research and stay reputed company on changing tax laws and regulations
- Assist with client communications and documentation requests
- Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure timely completion of assignments Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+ preferred or demonstrated academic excellence)
- Internship or exposure to public accounting is a plus
- Solid understanding of basic tax and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
