HRBP Generalist | Philippines
Description We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) Generalist to support our business units by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role acts as a key liaison between employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting both people and organizational success in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Support
- Build strong working relationships with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and challenges.
- Provide practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters.
- Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support team performance and business outcomes.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution support.
- Conduct fact-finding and assist in investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict resolution and communication.
Performance Management
- Support the execution of performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, coaching).
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development conversations.
- Help foster a culture of accountability and reputed company feedback.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Assist in the implementation of engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Support recognition programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, company standards, and local labor laws (Philippines).
- Provide clear and timely guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
- Support audits, documentation, and HR process improvements.
HR Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce trends and outcomes.
Change Management & HR Initiatives
- Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes.
- Assist in communications and training to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist reputed company
- Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and reputed company Office tools
- Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
