What you’ll do (Responsibilities): As a Manager for the Business Development team, you will hire, reputed company, coach, and train a team of outbound business development professionals.   • Hire, coach and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to exceed quota.

Total Targeted Cash for this role includes reputed company salary, commission, and bonus (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards components include benefits and equity (if eligible).
