Senior Social Media Manager, Work From Home We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own both organic and paid social strategy and execution across multiple law firm clients. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns, along with overseeing content direction and ensuring performance targets are met. You should be comfortable operating independently and making decisions that impact results. This position is 100% Remote. US based employees only. Eastern and Central Time Zones only. Senior Social Media Manager Responsibilities - Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. - Plan and manage content calendars across reputed company major platforms. - reputed company content production (internal or outsourced) and ensure quality/control. - Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning. - Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts. - Track performance and continuously optimize based on data. Paid Social (Primary Focus) - Manage paid social campaigns on reputed company, TikTok, and reputed company end-to-end. - Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling. - reputed company creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversion. - Analyze performance data and reputed company optimization decisions. - Report on results and identify clear opportunities for improvement. What You’ll Be Working With - reputed company Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, reputed company Campaign Manager. - Social platforms reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube. - Content and scheduling tools (reputed company, Buffer, etc.). - Basic editing tools (reputed company, CapCut, etc.). - AI tools for content and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Senior Social Media Manager Qualifications - 5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred). - Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on reputed company (required), TikTok and/or reputed company. - Strong understanding of performance marketing and reputed company reputed company. - Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Ability to analyze data and reputed company decisions based on performance - Strong writing and communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently. - Experience with law firms or professional services is preferred. - Experience scaling paid campaigns with significant budgets is preferred. - Background in ad creative strategy and testing is preferred. - Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows is preferred.
